Successful Insurance Agency seeking a qualified professional to join a winning team for the role of Insurance and Financial Services Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional with enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives. Job Requirements: * Property and Casualty License - REQUIRED * Life and Health License - REQUIRED * Sales experience preferred * Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening * Self-motivated Job Responsibilities : * Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed * Support policyholders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification * Ability to discuss multiple lines of insurance options with policyholders * Fully service commercial accounts from the point immediately following the initial sale and throughout ongoing renewal cycles * Providing "Remarkable" Customer Service to existing clients * Prospecting for new clients * Marketing all State Farm product lines Team Member receives: * Full-time employment * Hourly pay plus commissions * 401k Plan * Paid time off (vacation and sick days) * Valuable experience Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Paid time off License/Certification: * Insurance Producer License (Required) * Life Insurance License (Required) Work Location: In person
