This is not subcontract work, temporary project assistance, or a lead resale program. Our owner-operators operate within a protected market territory and are expected to have the operational capacity to manage high-value residential remodeling projects under a standardized, brand-driven system. This opportunity is best suited for contractors who already think and operate at the business-owner level. The Remodel Now Owner-Operator program includes: - Protected Market Area - Recognized Custom Remodeling Brand - Centralized Marketing & Lead Generation - Automated Project Management Systems - Design, Administrative & Permitting Support Owner-operators retain control of their existing state construction license and own their RemodelNow LLC while operating under brand standards designed for scalability and long-term growth. RemodelNow Owner-Operator Qualification To be considered, applicants must provide: 1. Summary of residential remodeling experience. 2. Primary trade(s) overview. 3. Years operating as a licensed contractor. 4. Confirmation of long-term partnership intent and capacity for ongoing project volume including your preferred service area.
