About Us

: Morgan Mechanical Inc. is a leading mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC and plumbing solutions for commercial and public projects. We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Estimator with expertise in HVAC systems , plumbing installations , and construction cost estimating.

Responsibilities

:

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to determine scope.
• Perform detailed material take-offs for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Obtain and review vendor and subcontractor quotes.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure bid accuracy.
• Collaborate with union field foreman and project managers.
• Independently source bids from GC's, bidding channels and their own network.

Qualifications

:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing estimating.
• Proficiency in estimating software (QuoteSoft, Sales Manager) and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems , plumbing codes , and construction processes.
• Knowledge of union labor planning and commercial construction.
• Design/Build knowledge will be a competitive advantage.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
