Full description of the position

We are an Interior Design Showroom that specializes in Custom Window Coverings. We have a Hunter Douglas Gallery Showroom with a display of fabrics from a variety of vendors for custom treatments. We are seeking a interior decorator with a good eye for color & coordination who can assist in sales of custom blinds, shades & custom window treatments. This position requires multiple responsibilities in addition to sales. Some of the duties will include preparing quotes & invoices, checking in merchandise, placing orders, customer follow-up, packing returns (involves light lifting). Some clerical duties are necessary such as answering phones, booking appointments etc. Good computer skills are a must. Must have excellent people skills. This is a Full Time position with some Saturdays required. The days would be 10-6, Mon-Friday. Experience is not required.
