Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-Based) Schedule: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible) Job Summary We are a boutique staffing and recruiting firm specializing in both permanent and contract placements across IT and non-IT roles. We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to help expand our client base throughout New York and Florida. This role combines talent acquisition with business development, requiring a proactive approach to sourcing, recruiting, and building client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, expertise in technical and executive recruiting, and experience with ATS platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth by connecting top talent with client organizations while expanding our market presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-based sales and wants to be rewarded for results. We offer an extremely rewarding commission plan with strong earning potential tied directly to successful client partnerships. Key Responsibilities * Identify and connect with prospective companies with active hiring needs * Introduce our staffing solutions for direct hire and contract roles * Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers * Partner with recruiters to support client hiring requirements * Manage follow-ups, outreach, and your own sales pipeline What We 're Looking For * Experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or business development preferred * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight * Professional, consultative sales approach * Knowledge of staffing/hiring processes Compensation * Commission-based compensation * Extremely rewarding commission plan with no cap * Earnings based on closed and active client engagements Work Model * Flexible schedule * Remote, with occasional in-person (if local) or video meetings as needed.
