We are a boutique staffing and recruiting firm specializing in both permanent and contract placements across IT and non-IT roles. We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to help expand our client base throughout New York and Florida. This role combines talent acquisition with business development, requiring a proactive approach to sourcing, recruiting, and building client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, expertise in technical and executive recruiting, and experience with ATS platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with prospective companies with active hiring needs
• Introduce our staffing solutions for direct hire and contract roles
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Partner with recruiters to support client hiring requirements
• Manage follow-ups, outreach, and your own sales pipeline What We 're Looking For
• Experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or business development preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• Professional, consultative sales approach
• Knowledge of staffing/hiring processes

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation
