Personal Lines Account Representative (In-Office) About the Role We're a local, growing insurance agency looking for a reliable, people- oriented team member to join our Personal Lines department. This is a full- time, in-office position, and no prior insurance experience is required. We're happy to train someone who has strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, and provide a clear path to building a long-term career in insurance. Compensation is dependent upon experience. What You 'll Do * Help clients with questions about their home and auto insurance * Assist with policy changes, renewals, billing, and basic claims support * Work with insurance carriers and internal team members * Support inbound sales opportunities (no cold calling) * Use agency systems to keep client information organized * Be part of a supportive, team-focused office environment Training & Licensing * No insurance license required to start * All training and licensing costs are fully covered * Property & Casualty license required within 90 days * Step-by-step training and ongoing support provided What We 're Looking For * Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused * Organized and comfortable learning new tasks * Clear communication skills * Basic comfort with technology (email and office systems) * Team-oriented with a willingness to learn * Insurance or office experience helpful, but not required Compensation & Benefits * Competitive salary based on experience * Monthly bonus opportunities * Commission potential once licensed * Paid training and licensing * Supportive work environment * Long-term growth opportunities Ready to Grow Your Career?
