WK Mechanical is a family-owned, non-corporate HVAC company in Middletown, NY, and we're hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician who wants steady year-round work, top pay, real benefits, and respect. We are a Premier Lennox Dealer and Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor , servicing residential, commercial, and light industrial systems throughout the Lower Hudson Valley. COMPENSATION

• $35 -$45 per hour (based on experience)
• Overtime available
• Year-round, full-time work WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems (residential & commercial)
• Work on A/C, heat pumps, ductless, oil & gas systems
• Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot efficiently
• Run service calls independently from a fully stocked take-home truck
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Use iPad & iPhone digital dispatching (no paperwork headaches) WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years HVAC service experience (required)
• EPA Certification (required)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Clean, valid driver's license (no DWIs)
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics/crawlspaces
