We are a growing Employee Owned (ESOP) company seeking a Device Monitoring Help Desk Coordinator to join our team! Boring Business Systems is an office equipment and managed network provider that supports hundreds of business customers. In this role you will support and monitor copier and printer equipment installed at our customers' locations. You will manage software tools that automatically collect meter readings, monitor device health, and ensure customers receive toner supplies on time. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and customer service skills who enjoys problem-solving and working with different departments. Key Responsibilities Device Monitoring & Software Management * Monitor software systems that track copier and printer performance, meter readings, and supply levels. * Identify and resolve issues when devices stop reporting data. * Remove devices from monitoring systems when customers no longer have the equipment. * Coordinate and assist with installing monitoring software at customer locations. * Work with customers, and internal departments to troubleshoot installation or connectivity issues. Automatic Supply Replenishment Support * Set up and maintain customers in our automatic toner replenishment program. * Review customer equipment lists to determine eligibility for automatic supply shipments. * Resolve issues that prevent customers from qualifying for or staying enrolled in the program. * Coordinate with Sales when new equipment is added. Cross Department Support * Respond to requests from Sales, Service, and Contract/Billing teams. * Update internal systems using information provided by technicians and other departments. * Serve as backup support for the Supplies team when needed. Company & Team Engagement * Participate in team meetings, company events, and volunteer opportunities. * Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service in every interaction. * Support and reflect company values, culture and our fundamentals.
