We are currently focused on our telecommunications client, AT&T, and connecting our local region with their Internet and Wireless services. We are looking for a dedicated AT&T Customer Engagement Representative to provide excellent assistance to our customers and clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. As a partner with AT&T, we specialize in delivering top-tier customer support and sales services for their products. Our team ensures that customers receive the best experience possible by addressing their concerns, providing accurate information, and assisting with account management. AT &T Customer Engagement Representative Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person sales through professional and friendly communication and introduce service solutions to potential customers * Answer customer inquiries, complete troubleshooting, and suggest client-based solutions based on consumer needs * Improve sales and customer service performance through continuous involvement in the local market, communicating directly with community members, and sharing local preferences with management and other AT&T Customer Engagement Representatives * Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the telecommunications industry and client advancements to ensure knowledgeable sales conversations * Follow AT&T Customer Engagement Representative protocol, including connecting customers with the proper client resources to assist in their sales process and maintaining customer confidentiality when recording sales * Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support and sales strategies * Meet or exceed AT&T Customer Engagement Representative performance targets related to sales, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution * Represent both the company and the client, AT&T, with a professional, helpful, and approachable demeanor AT &T Customer Engagement Representative Qualifications: * Previous knowledge of customer service, sales, business, technology, or client management * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers professionally and effectively * Ability to handle multiple AT&T Customer Engagement Representatives tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency * Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions * Ability to adapt to new technologies and company procedures * Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic Job Type: Full-time Pay: $850.00 - $1,300.00 per week Work Location: In person
