Previous vehicle sales experience is not required! What we offer: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * 401(k) * Employee Discount * On the job training * Uncapped commission What does a day as a Sales Specialist look like? * Guide every guest through the sales process. * Connect, greet, and build rapport through understanding guests needs and buying motivation. * Track all guests and make sure all prospects are logged into our CRM system and maintain effective follow-up techniques to complete the sale. * Promote demo rides, maintenance plans and other value-added incentives to a prospective buyer. * Actively participate in daily sales meetings, training, and coaching. * Have fun & enjoy the brand! Qualifications: * Customer service experience * Valid motorcycle license. * Passion for H-D motorcycles!
