About Quantum TCG [please apply online] Quantum is a premium physical trading card game built around a unique narrative universe, collectible cards, and immersive storytelling. Our objective is to establish Quantum as a strong brand within the U.S. TCG and gaming retail ecosystem, starting with specialty stores and expanding progressively into larger retail accounts. Role Overview The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for introducing, presenting, and selling Quantum to retail partners across the U.S. TCG and gaming market. This role is highly operational and field-oriented. The focus is on direct outreach to stores, relationship building with buyers and store owners, and supporting the placement of Quantum in both independent specialty shops and selected national retail accounts. The position involves: * identifying and contacting potential retail partners, * presenting the product, pricing, and brand positioning, * following up on interest and on boarding new stores, * maintaining long-term commercial relationships. This is not a management role and does not involve leading a sales team or defining national sales strategy. The role is centered on hands-on sales execution, in-person meetings, and consistent follow-up. The Senior Sales Representative will work closely with Quantum's leadership to provide market feedback, relay retailer needs, and support the company's commercial growth through practical, on-the-ground sales activity. Key Responsibilities * Contact and visit independent TCG and gaming stores across the U.S. * Present Quantum's products, pricing, and brand positioning * Build and maintain relationships with store owners and buyers * Support discussions with larger retail accounts (e.g. GameStop, Best Buy) when required * Represent Quantum at trade shows, conventions, and industry events * Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations * Track prospects and accounts (basic CRM / reporting) * Share field feedback with management (pricing, demand, retailer needs) Required Profile * Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in: * Trading Card Games (TCG) * Gaming, collectibles, or hobby retail * Strong understanding of the U.S. TCG retail market * Proven experience selling to independent retailers * Experience or exposure to large retail chains is a plus * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Professional references within the gaming / TCG industry required Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
