Overall Responsibilities : As a Sales Analyst, you will provide critical insights and reporting to support the company's sales strategy and operational execution across all channels, including E-commerce, Foodservice, and Supermarkets. You will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and delivering actionable insights to support decision-making. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, finance, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and drive growth, while leveraging advanced analytics tools--including Microsoft Co-Pilot AI and syndicated data--to enhance reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Primary Responsibilities: * Sales Reporting & Analysis: Build, maintain, and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports showing performance by customer, region, product, and channel. Analyze trends, velocity, distribution gaps, and promotional results to identify growth opportunities and risks. * Sales Enablement & Administration: Maintain and organize Sales SharePoint, dashboards, and reporting tools. Assist with new item paperwork, customer onboarding, pricing confirmation, and documentation. Support leadership presentations and internal alignment recaps. * Customer-Facing Support: Prepare presentations and insights decks to support retailer meetings, new item launches, business reviews, and promotional planning. Identify whitespace opportunities for ACV growth and distribution expansion. Experience & Qualification Requirements A successful candidate needs to be New Jersey based and working primarily from the office of Crispy Green, the person also needs to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications: * Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or analytics within the CPG or produce industry. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CPG analytics tools (Nielsen, SPINS, IRI) and data visualization. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiently communicate plans and ideas to clients by using current communication tools. * Collaborative mindset for addressing and resolving customer needs effectively. * Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously. * Ability to anticipate Sales Team needs, take initiative, and provide timely updates. Annual Salary : $ 75K to $ 85K + 15% bonus target (Commensurate with experience) Compensation Crispy Green offers an attractive compensation package that includes base salary, bonus, comprehensive medical/dental/Rx insurance as well as long-term disability and life insurance, paid-time-off, 401(k) and Cash Balance retirement plans.
