Apartment Leasing Specialist - Tempe, AZ Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for helping people find their perfect home? We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Apartment Leasing Specialist to join our team. This role is all about creating a positive first impression, providing exceptional service, and building a welcoming community for both prospective and current residents. What You 'll Be Doing: * Leasing & Sales: Lead engaging property tours, highlight the best features of our community, and walk prospects through the leasing process with ease. * Resident Support: Handle inquiries, lease applications, renewals, and service requests -- whether it's by phone, email, or face-to-face. * Tech Savvy: Utilize leasing software like Yardi, AppFolio, or CRM systems to manage resident and applicant information efficiently. * Stay Compliant: Ensure all leasing activities align with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. * Team Player: Collaborate with the team to meet occupancy goals and contribute to an exceptional resident experience. What We 're Looking For: * Experience: At least 6 months of property management leasing experience (required). * Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Tech Skills: Familiarity with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar leasing platforms (preferred). * Fair Housing Certification (within the past 2 years is required). * Availability: Must be available to work weekends as needed. * Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must. * Bonus Points: Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
