Job Summary Mito Management is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in the office on-site Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6pm based in Flushing, NY. The Payroll Assistant is responsible for supporting payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees. The role involves handling various administrative tasks related to payroll, benefits, and compliance. Duties and Responsibilities * Payroll Processing: Assist in processing payroll for employees on a regular schedule, typically weekly. * Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain employee information, time records, wage adjustments, deductions, and other payroll-related data into the payroll system.Hiring administration / new employee information. * New Hires and Terminations: Coordinate with HR to process payroll for new hires and ensure accurate final pay for terminated employees. * Daily sales key-in. * Handles administrative day-to-day operational paperwork. Experience Needed * Associate or bachelor's degree required. * 2 years' experience administrative required. * Strong computer experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook. * Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills are essential.
