This salaried position offers a vibrant environment where your creativity and communication skills can truly shine. < Responsibilities> * Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and preferences * Demonstrate flooring products through product demos and design consultations to showcase options effectively * Perform administrative duties related to flooring sales, including but not limited to: ordering, invoicing, follow up, scheduling, and other duties, as required to effectively assist in the operation of the business * Handle POS transactions, cash handling, merchandising, stocking, and retail math to ensure smooth store operations < Skills> * Proven experience in sales within retail or construction environments * Knowledge of flooring materials, renovation processes, interior design and remodeling techniques a strong plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required. Experience with Quickbooks a strong plus. * Excellent customer service skills coupled with organizational abilities to ensure a fantastic customer experience * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for customer service excellence and team collaboration * Familiarity with retail math, merchandising strategies, POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for daily operations Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming spaces with innovative flooring solutions.
