Licensed Termite Inspector We book the Appointments Hourly Pay: $30.00 per hour + Job description: We have a Rare job opening for Experienced Licensed Professional Termite Inspectors......Rate of Pay $30 per hour + commission We have opportunities for the following: OC Based Inspector LA Based Inspector Accurate Termite and Pest Control is ready to connect with Experienced Licensed Professional Termite Inspectors in Southern California that love what they do and enjoy serving the community with excellent customer care. It has been a while since we added Inspectors frankly because we have a team of happily employed and active crew of Full Time Inspectors supported by our office team. We now find ourselves in a period of growth and are looking to purposefully add a few exceptional Inspectors. What the ideal Candidate Inspector will bring to the table: REQUIREMENTS: * MUST have a current California Pest Board Branch 3 License. * Must have a valid California Driver's License and be comfortable driving daily to complete inspections and be a natural road warrior. * Must have prior experience with Community or Escrow Inspections. * Must have excellent verbal and written communication, listening and customer service skills. * Must be comfortable with several inspections on a daily basis. Important information to consider about this job: This is not a full time escrow inspector role. This is not a full time sales role In this role the licensed inspector will be provided a schedule of booked appointments, you will not be chasing leads. It comes with an hourly base of $30 per hour.
