Job Posting: Bilingual Sales Specialist (Food & Restaurant Supplies)

Job Description

:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing professional sales support to Chinese and English-speaking clients
• Process order inquiries and after-sales service requests
• Maintain customer relationships, track order progress, and achieve sales targets
• Assist in organizing product categories and inventory information

Requirements

: Fluent in English and Chinese (business communication and negotiation skills required) Detail-oriented, patient, with strong customer service skills and stress tolerance Strong action, proactive and easy to get along with sales experience (food/restaurant industry preferred) Proficient in office software and basic data processing Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (includes breaks, specific schedule to be discussed) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week Ability to Commute:
