Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, business law, and/or tax matters. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, contribute to strategic planning, and develop professionally within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities : * Draft and review estate planning documents, business contracts, and assist with probate filings. * Advise clients on legal strategies related to estate planning, business formation, entity compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning. * Collaborate with attorneys and CPAs on multidisciplinary matters. * Manage client relationships and contribute to business development efforts. * Stay current with relevant laws and regulations in Kansas and Missouri. Qualifications : * Juris Doctor (JD) required; LLM in Estate Planning or Taxation, or CPA designation is a plus. * Licensed to practice law in Kansas and/or Missouri. * 1-5 years of relevant experience preferred. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning. * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
