Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Part-Time We are a well-established small business located in Phoenix, AZ seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, prior office management experience, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative financial functions with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online * Record and reconcile credit card transactions * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including making collection calls and sending past-due statements * Process payroll and perform payroll reconciliations, including working with the CPA firm to generate salesperson commissions * Manage sales tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable regulations * Assist with budgeting and cash flow monitoring * Coordinate with the CPA for year-end reporting and tax preparation * Make daily check deposits to the bank * Record and process trade transactions in Magazine Manager upon receipt * Oversee and troubleshoot office equipment and technology, including copiers, postage meter, server, and related systems * Order and maintain office supplies * Create and manage the annual employee PTO spreadsheet and record approved PTO * Handle company mail and correspondence, including dropping off outgoing packages as needed * Perform additional duties as needed to support office operations. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role * Strong proficiency inQuickBooks Online Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Phoenix, AZ
