Role Overview: We're looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-focused Account Manager & Order Processor to support and manage our customer accounts while ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and being a reliable point of contact from order to delivery. You'll work closely with customers, internal teams, and leadership to ensure smooth communication, timely fulfillment, and a great overall experience. Key Responsibilities: * Enter customer orders into Odoo * Review orders for missing info, errors, or discrepancies * Assist with invoicing and sending out billing documents * Help track and collect Accounts Receivable (A/R), including follow-ups * Keep records organized and maintain clean, accurate data * Support account growth by identifying opportunities for additional products or services * Support the Order Entry lead with any other administrative or operational tasks What we 're looking for: * Strong attention to detail - accuracy matters in this role. * Comfortable working with computers and learning software (Odoo experience is a plus). * Solid communication skills, written and verbal. * Good organization and time management. * A team player who's willing to help. Preferred Experience (Not Required): Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo a plus). Accounts Receivable (A/R) experience. Experience in order entry, billing, or operations support. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities. Strong attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping.
