Position Summary

We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative in the Pompano Beach area to join our growing team. This role focuses on connecting with homeowners, offering roof inspections, educating customers about roofing solutions, and closing sales. Warm, pre-set appointments will be provided to help you hit the ground running. This is a high-earning, commission-driven role with strong opportunities for growth into six-figure territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with prospective customers.
• Perform roof inspections and provide accurate assessments.
• Educate customers about roofing solutions, insurance options, and Action Roofing's services.
• Follow up on leads and manage a pipeline of warm pre-set appointments.
• Close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with office and operations teams to schedule installations and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
• Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
