Must have experience working in substance abuse and mental health setting. Schedule: 12a-8a weekends required. Experience with Salesforce and CTM preferred. Legacy Healing Center is seeking an Admissions Coordinator who will be responsible for working directly with prospective patients and families on inquiry/intake calls, and coordinates patient screenings and admissions. He/she provides pertinent information to utilization reviewers. * Answers inquiry calls efficiently and courteously * Answers any questions callers may have that are of a non-clinical nature; appropriately transfers calls if clinical issues arise * Completes inquiry call forms * Coordinates and schedules prospective patient screenings * Coordinates and processes all admissions to the facility * Responsible for obtaining demographic and financial information during inquiry calls * Forwards financial coverage information to billing unit, verifying insurance information as necessary * Maintains the Inquiry Call Disposition Log and follows up accordingly * Responsible for mailing program literature when requested * Ensures the clinical and financial screening criteria have been met prior to admission * Able to recognize and assist in crisis situations and provide interventions based on training and experience * Provides community awareness education and in services on behalf of facility as assigned * Minimum of 1 years experience in mental health/behavioral health field is required * Exceptional customer service skills Benefits Include: * 100% Employer paid LA Fitness gym membership, Life insurance, and short-term disability insurance. * Medical, Dental, Vision and Long-Term Care coverage * 401k with 6% Employer Match * 3 weeks PTO * Great work atmosphere and unmatched company culture! ***In Person Only Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
