Recruitment Specialist: Live in Tampa Bay Area/Sales Experience/Sales Force a Plus along with Call Center experience. Perform Business to Business supplier outreach (calls, email, meetings) to our client 's suppliers to communicate a change in program terms, present methods available, and objection handle to facilitate adoption of preferred option. These are not cold calls as the vendors already have pre-existing relationships. Applicants should meet high standards of performance for themselves and demonstrate accountability by completing daily tasks/goals. This position requires that the applicant has exemplary attendance and punctuality, a typing speed of 35 WPM, and passes a basic computer and phone skills test. The applicant must be open to constructive coaching and adapt to technology and process changes. Previous business-to-business outreach experience, Call Center, strong computer skills and/or knowledge of Salesforce/CRM are a plus for the position. Positive attitude and enthusiasm, Detail oriented, Effective communication skills for making outbound calls, taking inbound calls and delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to negotiate, resolve disputes and be capable of deviating from scripts while ensuring compliance to policies. This position requires you to have a Background Check and Fingerprinting which is paid for by the Company. You must also live in the Tampa Bay area of Florida and have reliable transportation to the office. There is opportunity for this position to become hybrid office/ work from home if candidate meets productivity and workspace requirements. All equipment needed will be supplied by Winn Technology Group, Inc. The position is Full Time 40 Hours and has a $400.00 Sign on Bonus and a Monthly Performance Bonus.
