We are looking for a full-time assistant to help in our sales department. Potential to become a sales. We are a distributor of variety of cables located in Chino Hills, CA. Looking for detail oriented and self motivated person. Job Responsibilities for Sales Assistant: * Process sales orders received from the customers * Resolve any sales order related issues * Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries * Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence * Answer telephone calls and assist customers * Maintain customer database Job Responsibilities for Sales: * Reach out to sales leads through cold calling * Actively seek out new customers every day * Respond to prospective customers' inquiries and requests * Handle orders, complaints, and any other inquiries * Learn and demonstrate/explain Comtop's products to your clients * Provide outstanding customer service via phone and/or email * Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales * Provide valuable sales feedback to your manager Job Requirements: * Detail-oriented and highly organized * Able to work well in a team * Must be able to use a computer, internet, MS Office, Excel, etc. Benefits: * 100% company paid health insurance & Dental and Vision Insurance * Company matched Simple IRA * Paid holidays and PTO days Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Education: * Associate (Preferred) Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) * Office: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * Mandarin (Preferred) Work Location: In person
