Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team and deliver impactful, in person engagement that drives community support and funding for our clients. In this role, you will be a front-line representative of both our organization and non-profit partners, building meaningful connections with members of the public at events and in community settings to advance fundraising goals through direct engagement, conversation, and relationship-building. Our approach prioritizes one-on-one engagement with supporters to create memorable experiences that deepen connection and increase long-term commitment -- similar to the way in-person campaigns help elevate brand visibility and drive measurable results through live, personal conversations. Key Responsibilities * Represent the organization in public and community settings; conduct one-on-one sales presentations with potential donors to share our mission, answer questions, and solicit support. * Present giving opportunities, secure donations, and help supporters understand the impact of their contributions through compelling storytelling and consultative engagement. * Actively participate in scheduled outreach events, community activations, and campaign efforts to maximize fundraising opportunities. * Establish rapport with diverse audiences; nurture initial conversations into long-term support by delivering an engaging, personal experience. * Meet or exceed individual and team fundraising targets through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques. * Provide real-time insights from interactions with supporters to help the team refine messaging and improve future engagement strategies. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred. * Experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, or public engagement a plus. * Proven ability to handle in-person conversations with confidence and empathy. * Comfortable working on your feet during outreach events and community activities. * A passion for philanthropic work and commitment to supporting our mission. Work Environment This role involves regular travel to community sites and events, including evenings and weekends as needed. Much of the work happens outdoors or in public venues, requiring a professional, positive presence and adaptability in varied settings.
