Position Summary : Understands customer needs and assists them with a full range of general financial services to include opening, closing and maintaining accounts, resolving any issues or problems related to service delivery, inquiries and correspondence. Consistently convey the hospitality/service-oriented culture of FNBCC. Position Responsibilities : * Assist with opening accounts, closing accounts, performing maintenance including but not limited to: address changes, stop payments, etc. Recognizes sales opportunities to establish or expand customer relationships. * Perform a variety of commercial and personal transactional functions: cashing checks, receiving deposits, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, traveler's checks, cash advances, processing orders for and redeeming U.S. Savings Bonds, on-line transfers, incoming mail, night deposits and ATM transactions. * Process teller transactions (i.e. deposits, check cashing) duties interchangeably with Customer Service responsibilities. * Assists in daily monitoring of account activity and review. * Recognizes and responds to opportunities to prevent the loss of customers' accounts due to Bank error, improper fee assessments, and other service-related issues. * Process wire requests as needed. * Exemplifies the customer advocacy and relationship management culture. * Exceeds customer expectations by taking ownership and accountability of the customer and making the customer's needs a priority. * Promotes the Bank's financial services, recognizes sales opportunities to establish or expand customer relationships, including referring customers to the appropriate Bank specialist. * Profiles customers to uncover needs and establish relationships from which to develop a plan for financial services delivery. * Displays leadership skills; team player. * May be responsible for opening and closing of the Branch. * Seeks out training and coaching to further own job excellence. * Remain compliant to all laws and regulations as defined in the Banks Policies and Procedures.
