The Opportunity We're looking for an Agent Growth Advisor - someone who loves people, thrives on building genuine relationships, and gets excited about connecting talented real estate agents with an amazing opportunity. What You'll Do Your days will be dynamic, flexible, and focused on meaningful connections: * Connect with real estate agents across the Kansas City metro area through various channels * Set appointments for one-on-one meetings to learn about agents' goals and share what makes our team special * Conduct meetings (virtual and occasionally in-person) to build relationships and help agents see if we're the right fit * Leverage social media to engage with agents, share our story, and build your network * Attend and host networking events to meet agents face-to-face and represent our team in the community * Track and achieve goals for agent recruitment on a monthly/quarterly basis * Extend the olive branch to agents who might be looking for something different in their career - be their supporter and cheerleader This is soft-sales, relationship-focused work. You're not here to pressure anyone; you're here to genuinely encourage, support, and help agents discover whether The Spradling Group could be their next great career move.
