Our vacuum tool operators use vacuum tools to deposit films as part of the production of high-powered lasers. This role includes plenty of opportunities for growth within the company. Duties: * Operate vacuum tools to deposit films with close attention to detail according to specified operating procedures. * Judge defects based on set criteria, including color. * Prepare materials for production by following set procedure. * Maintain records about the process as directed. Requirements: Required Qualifications: * Arm-hand steadiness with good hand-eye coordination and fine motor control. * Comfortable working with small fragile parts. * Some experience in manufacturing or other job working with hands/tools such as auto repair, construction, etc. * Ability to differentiate colors. * Must have good communication skills and be able to understand and follow verbal and written work instructions. * Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime. * Able to work carefully, consistently and be able to identify errors. * Familiarity with PCs, Microsoft Windows, and basic Microsoft Excel. Preferred Qualifications: * Cleanroom experience * Vacuum tool experience IND123 ZR Req Benefits: Pay Range: The pay range on this posting applies to the role in the primary location specified. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
