We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about business development, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new leads, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth through strategic territory management and effective customer engagement. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories. * Manage and grow existing client accounts through proactive relationship management and upselling strategies. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits. * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events to expand the customer base. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and account information for reporting purposes. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong understanding of direct sales techniques. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at all levels. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships effectively. * Strong business development skills with the ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking. * Knowledge of marketing strategies that support sales initiatives including product demos and upselling techniques. * Analytical skills to assess market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for growth strategies. * Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Experience in technology or product-specific sales is a plus; familiarity with technical sales processes is advantageous. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to territory management and achieving sales targets.
