The right candidate for this position will be reliable, customer focused and have a great work ethic. We serve our customers during stressful points in their lives, so it is imperative that the candidate demonstrates a high level of professionalism with attention to detail. We provide a clear career path for growth. * Demolition, mitigation, construction, and restoration of residential properties damaged by water and/or mold * Ability to be part of a team, working alongside peers and managers to successfully complete mitigation jobs in a timely and professional manner. * Ensure that the project is completed in the established timeframe and meets the customer's satisfaction * Ability to work with a wide assortment of construction and demolition tools as well as specialized drying equipment * Comfortable working in confined areas such as crawlspaces and attics - construction, labor, demolition * Able to follow directions given by Crew Chiefs * Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines * Have a valid driver's license * Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays (flexible rotating schedule) * High level of listening skills and positive attitude * Ability to communicate accurately and concisely * Background in plumbing, demolition, water/mold mitigation and/or carpentry is a plus but not required * Must be punctual and reliable We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
