Family Law Trial Attorney - Morehead City / Crystal Coast Irons & Irons, P.A. is seeking an experienced Family Law Litigation Attorney to independently lead our Morehead City office. This role is ideal for a confident courtroom attorney who thrives on challenging cases, manages work independently, and can handle high-conflict personalities with professionalism. Responsibilities * Independently manage and litigate a full family law caseload * Conduct hearings, mediations, and trials * Draft pleadings, motions, and court filings * Provide strategic client guidance * Meet 1,300 annual billable hours Qualifications * Active North Carolina Bar license * 3 -5+ years of family law experience required * Strong trial and courtroom experience preferred * Ability to work independently and lead an office * Professional, resilient, and client-focused Compensation & Benefits * Salary $60,000 to $120,000+ depending on experience * Senior attorneys (10+ years) may earn additional uncapped percentage of gross revenue * Retirement with employer match, health insurance, PTO, CLE support * Walk into a reputable firm with strong systems and high case volume Location Advantage Live where others vacation -- minutes from the Crystal Coast 's white-sand beaches, boating lifestyle, and coastal living.
