We are seeking a skilled Fire, Security and Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimumTDI FAL and DPS Installer License, experience in low voltage systems and a strong electronics knowledge base. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the implementation of cutting-edge technology in the field. In this position you will be responsible to: - Install, maintain, inspect and repair low voltage systems such as fire alarms, security, camera and access control systems, audio/video, structured wiring, networking and more! - Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards - Provide technical support to customers and assist with system troubleshooting - Collaborate with sales teams on system design, installation and implementation. Necessary skills required for success: - Proficiency in using hand tools for installation and maintenance tasks - Experience in low voltage systems and service technician roles - Knowledge of system design principles for fire alarms, security systems and other low voltage systems. - Familiarity with and the ability to read blue prints and CAD drawings - Strong electronics and mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs - Ability to lift upto 50lbs, climb stairs and/or ladders and stand for extended periods of time. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Pass background checks including criminal, drug and driving history.
