Optician & Eyewear Sales Position Overview: We strive to always provide our patients with an extraordinary fit and style while selecting frames that allow them to show their personality and support their lifestyle. Your role as our Optician / Eyewear Specialist includes: * Ensuring that finished eyewear meets optical standards and patient requirements * Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge * Being comfortable explaining eyewear prescription terminology to patients * Taking and recording measurements with flawless accuracy; adjusting and fitting eyewear as needed * Knock socks off left and right with stellar customer service * Communicate our values and brand philosophy to customers * Provide style consulting and assist customers in choosing the very best glasses for their needs * Able to project a professional, fashion-forward image * Make customers feel welcome and happy in our practice Optician Preferred Qualifications: * Exceptional organizational skills while multi-tasking * Outstanding communication over the phone and in person * Ability to connect with people and form lasting relationships * You must also be comfortable consulting patients, building rapport, explaining procedures, handling objections, overcoming concerns and offering clear solutions for patients. * We are very excited to interview candidates who can bring efficiency, stability, focus, and a professional attitude to the job.
