Company: Spa World Corporation Position: Call Confirmation Specialist Salary: $50,000 Base + Commission Daily Requirement: 50 Calls per Day Position Summary Spa World Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and persuasive Call Confirmation Specialist to join our team. You will serve as the primary bridge between the point of purchase (Home Depot/Lowe's) and the final installation of our premium walk-in tubs. Your primary mission is to ensure every customer has selected the ideal unit for their needs, verify technical home specifications, and offer luxury upgrades and extended protection plans. +2 Key Responsibilities * Order Verification: Conduct at least 50 outbound calls daily to confirm order details for specific models of walk-in bath tubs, such as the HD3060WILWD (Left Side Drain). * Technical Consultation: Guide customers through a "Home Readiness" checklist, confirming electrical requirements (110V/2200W dedicated circuit), water heater capacity (70-gallon requirement), and plumbing alignment. * Access Assessment: Ensure the product can be delivered and installed by verifying doorway/hallway measurements and bathroom layout (e.g., ensuring toilet placement does not obstruct the inward-swinging door). * Sales & Upgrades: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by offering luxury upgrades such as Chromatherapy, Aromatherapy, Heated Seat Pads, and high-performance water pumps . * Warranty Specialist: Educate customers on the 1-year standard warranty and provide options for extended manufacturer warranties (5, 10, or 15-year plans) . * Logistics Coordination: Explain the delivery process, emphasizing that deliveries are curbside only and instructing customers on critical damage inspection and pre-installation testing protocols.+3 * Data Management: Accurately track order statuses and customer interactions using CRM and ERP systems. Required Experience & Skills * Industry Expertise: Previous experience in the home renovation or construction industry is highly preferred. * Outbound Experience: Proven track record in high-volume outbound calling and lead confirmation. * Technical Literacy: Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems is a significant plus. * Communication: Must be able to explain complex technical specifications (drain placement, jet systems, electrical loads) in a way that is easy for customers to understand . * Detail-Oriented: Ability to identify potential installation "red flags" during a phone consultation to prevent delivery inconveniences.
