Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new clients and expand existing accounts within assigned territories * Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and territory management * Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and proactive outreach to potential B2B clients * Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiation and upselling strategies * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate account management and follow-up * Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, delivering product demos, and offering tailored solutions * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that enhance product visibility and drive demand Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation effectively * Excellent negotiation skills combined with analysis skills to assess client needs and close deals confidently * Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities * Ability to perform product demonstrations and conduct technical sales presentations with confidence * Exceptional communication skills paired with customer service expertise to build long-term client relationships * Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential Join us as a Sales Professional and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to driving success through innovative sales strategies.
