We are seeking a dedicated an enthusiastic Store Clerk to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers find the products they need. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience through effective communication and efficient operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining store standards and supporting sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Communicate with clients in Spanish and English.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product selections, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
• Assist in restocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
