Job Title: Canvassing & Events Marketing Manager Description: Are you outgoing, confident, and ready to represent one of Metro Atlanta's fastest-growing home improvement companies? We're looking for a Marketing Events & Canvassing manager to join our dynamic Ridgeline Floors & Bath team! This role is perfect for someone with a persuasive, energetic personality who loves connecting with people face-to-face , thrives in community settings, and isn't afraid to strike up conversations at job sites, neighborhoods, and local events. Then can teach and manage a team to do the same. Key Responsibilities: Canvassing & Lead Generation: * Plan and manage residential canvassing in targeted neighborhoods to promote our services, distribute marketing materials, and generate qualified leads. * Lead by example by engaging homeowners in friendly, informative conversations representing Ridgelines values and sparking interest in our product offerings * Train new canvass/lead generation reps to hit KPIs and represent Ridgelines values through the community. Shows & Event Marketing: * Lead the team and represent the company at local festivals, trade shows, and community events (primarily on weekends). * Coordinate setting up, and breaking down event booths. * Lead by example by confidently approaching attendees to generate leads and represent the Ridgeline brand with professionalism. * Train team members to hit KPIs and execute at the same high level that you do at events. Building the department: * Work with marketing to develop systems and processes for all aspects of face to face marketing. * Schedule appointments on CRM from marketing efforts. * Confirm appointments as needed Skills & Qualities We're Looking For: * Personality: Outgoing, confident, and energetic with a passion for people. * Communication: Strong verbal and written skills -- comfortable starting conversations and connecting with homeowners. * Sales-Minded: Motivated by results and eager to earn commissions for leads generated. * Event & Field Experience: Experience in event marketing, canvassing, or brand ambassadorship preferred. * Reliable: Must have dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to events across Metro Atlanta. * Leader : Must be able to effectively lead a team by example. Training and inspiring them to hit KPIs. * Weekend Availability: Must be available Saturdays and Sundays for shows, events, and field work.
