Duties * Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages according to company standards, including coffee, donuts, and ice cream products * Manage cashier responsibilities including taking orders, processing payments, and providing accurate change * Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained throughout all operations * Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely service during peak hours * Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment through bussing and sanitation procedures * Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities * Support team members with basic kitchen tasks such as food prep and stocking supplies * Engage with customers in a friendly manner to foster a welcoming environment Skills * Experience in food preparation, food service, or retail math is preferred but not required; training will be provided * Familiarity with POS systems * Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods * Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and sales transactions * Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures * Previous experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or cafe environments is a plus * Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude * Good communication skills and teamwork orientation are essential for success in this role Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
