Position Summary We are a growing custom closet company with a large sales force, a core management team, and a robust operations and installation team. We are seeking a reliable, highly organized Administrative & Facilities Assistant to support our management and sales teams while also overseeing day-to-day office and showroom facilities needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in keeping systems organized, and can balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on facilities coordination. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support * Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, coordination, and general assistance as needed * Support the sales team with day-to-day needs such as: * Organizing sales materials and documents * Assisting with meeting preparation and logistics * Helping maintain orderly and professional sales workspaces and showrooms * Serve as a point of contact for internal requests related to office operations * Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, supplies, coordination with leadership) * Help maintain internal organization systems, shared spaces, and documentation Facilities & Office Management * Coordinate with external maintenance and service contractors (HVAC, cleaning, repairs, IT vendors, etc.) * Monitor and address day-to-day facilities needs to ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment * Organize and maintain: * Storage rooms * Supply closets * Showrooms and common areas * Track, stock, and reorder office, showroom, and breakroom supplies * Assist with basic facility-related troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed * Support setup and teardown for meetings, trainings, and company events Qualifications & Skills * Prior experience in an administrative, office support, facilities, or operations role preferred * Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable working with a wide range of personalities and departments * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive problem-solver * Comfortable coordinating vendors and following up to ensure tasks are completed * Basic proficiency with office software (email, calendars, documents) Physical & Work Requirements * Ability to move throughout the office, showroom, and storage areas * Ability to lift and carry light to moderate items (office supplies, displays, boxes) * On-site presence required Why Join Us * Be part of a stable, growing company with a strong team culture * Play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly day to day * Work closely with leadership and contribute to a professional, well-organized workplace * Variety in daily responsibilities--no two days are the same Compensation: Competitive and based on experience Schedule: Full-time, on-site Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
