Summary As a Rental Agent at Rent A Wreck, you will be the face of our business, responsible for facilitating vehicle rentals and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is vital in supporting our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Assist customers with vehicle selection and rental agreements. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate rental terms and pricing to maximize customer satisfaction. * Manage inventory levels of available vehicles and ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed. * Handle front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs of vehicles. * Promote rental services through marketing initiatives and outside sales efforts. * Maintain organized records of rentals, payments, and customer interactions.
