Responsibilities * Conduct warm and outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services. * Utilize Salesforce for lead management, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate customer records. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Identify new business opportunities within the market and strategize on how to approach potential clients effectively. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business development efforts. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions. Requirements * Proven experience in technology sales or inside sales is preferred. * Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities in the market. * Proficiency in using CRM tools for managing customer relationships. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. * Ability to engage effectively through warm calling techniques while maintaining professionalism. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. * Previous experience in outbound calling is a plus but not mandatory.
