Sales Development Representative: Chetu is seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our growing marketing and sales operations team in Sunrise, FL. This role is vital in managing and optimizing the lead pipeline, from initial inquiry to qualified sales opportunity. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative professional with strong CRM skills and a passion for process improvement. You will work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to ensure leads are properly captured, qualified, nurtured, and handed off for conversion. Compensation Structure: * Compensation $39K - $43K per year (commission structure based on lead closes) Position Description: * Manage the intake and tracking of leads from websites, campaigns, and other inbound sources. * Ensure all leads are logged, categorized, and routed appropriately in the CRM system. * Utilize and maintain the CRM system to manage lead records, track interactions, and ensure clean data entry. * Monitor CRM workflows to ensure timely and accurate lead follow-up and assignment. * Evaluate lead potential and prioritize follow-up based on defined criteria and behaviour signals. * Coordinate and execute lead nurturing workflows, guiding leads through the funnel with timely content and touchpoints. * Act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams to ensure effective lead handoffs and alignment. * Communicate with prospects as needed, providing information or guidance prior to sales engagement. * Analyse lead activity and conversion trends to recommend improvements in campaign effectiveness and pipeline flow. * Generate weekly/monthly performance reports on lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and related KPIs. * You will be working at one of our sales offices in Sunrise Florida, Tampa Florida, Tempe Arizona, or Birmingham UK. Requirements: * 1+ of experience with Administration, Tech Support, Data Entry, or related discipline. * Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and basic data visualization/reporting tools. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple data sources and tasks simultaneously * Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving process bottlenecks. * Must be self-disciplined and organized. * English fluency required; Spanish is a plus. * Experience using AI-based platforms or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn Campaign Manager AI, or HRIS with AI capabilities). * Ability to integrate AI insights into daily operations to improve performance, reporting, and strategic outcomes. * Leverage AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and improve decision-making within the department. * Stay current with AI trends and innovations relevant to the role (e.g., marketing automation, CRM optimization, human capital analytics).
