Job Type Permanent Employment Type Full time Working Type Hybrid Education Level Bachelors Degree Experience Level Entry Level Salary Range $45000 - $55000 Job Location Lexington, KY, US Outside Sales Representative - Lexington, KY Salary Range: $45k-$65k Workstyle: Full time onsite Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401k, etc. Key Responsibilities Customer Relations * Serve as primary contact for approximately five assigned customers. * Maintain relationships through regular on-site visits and handle customer inquiries. * Research potential projects and propose new products. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends. Quotations * Communicate with suppliers in Japan, Thailand, and Canada to obtain pricing and delivery details. * Prepare and submit quotations; follow up with customers. Delivery & On-Site Support * Visit customer sites 2 -4 times per week for product delivery and sales activities. * Conduct on-site meetings to confirm project status. * Collaborate with manufacturers during sales activities. Inventory, Logistics & Internal Operations * Prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming products. * Perform monthly inventory counts and submit stock reports. * Work closely with team members to manage back orders and incoming shipments. Other Duties * Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to meet company needs. Qualifications * Fluency in Japanese and strong English communication skills. * 1+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to travel locally for frequent on-site visits. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
