As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our growth by actively engaging with potential clients, managing territory accounts, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and target new business opportunities within assigned territories. * Conduct proactive cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to establish relationships with prospective clients. * Present compelling product demonstrations and technical solutions to clients, showcasing value and benefits tailored to their specific needs. * Manage existing accounts through consistent follow-up, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth. * Utilize our CRM software. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards. * Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns and strategies that drive sales momentum. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management efforts to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
