Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service while enjoying their meals and beverages. Duties * Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. * Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. * Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. * Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. * Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage guest checks responsibly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. * Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. * Follow all health and safety regulations to provide a safe dining environment for guests. Experience * Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-energy setting. * Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items effectively. * Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems is essential; experience with Aloha POS is a plus. * Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service. * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
