• Meet with customers to assess their needs and recommend the right pest control solutions (including termite, pest, bird, rodent & weed control solutions)
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Educate customers on our 5-star service standards and the benefits of working with Urban Desert Pest Control
• Follow up on leads and referrals, no cold, pushy sales here, just genuine connection
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Collaborate with our technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth, happy customer experience from start to finish What We 're Looking For
• AZ Certified Applicator (Pest, Termite & Weeds) preferred, with at least 1 year of sales or field experience
• A positive, friendly communicator who loves helping people
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working in the field and on the go
• Problem-solver with a can-do mindset and a smile Schedule & Location
• Full-time, field position
• Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday rotation
• Year-round work -- we stay busy in every season!
