About Us VITL Power is a rapidly growing solar energy provider dedicated to helping homeowners lower energy costs and make the switch to clean, renewable power. We've partnered with trusted national retailers to connect with homeowners who are already interested in improving their homes and reducing utility bills. Position Overview We're looking for experienced sales representatives or home improvement canvassers to join our in-store outreach team. As a Canvasser, you'll engage with customers in partnered retail locations and nearby communities, educating them about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling qualified appointments for our Energy Consultants. Key Responsibilities * Engage with customers inside our trusted retail partnership stores, representing our brand professionally and enthusiastically * Educate homeowners about solar energy programs and incentives * Qualify leads and set appointments for our Senior Energy Consultants using a company provided app * Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets * Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up notes in CRM system Qualifications * 1+ year of canvassing, retail, or direct sales experience (solar or home improvement preferred) * Strong communication and people skills * Positive, goal-oriented attitude with a team-first mindset * Comfortable working in a retail environment and engaging with the public * Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required * Must be able to pass a background check Compensation & Benefits * Base Pay + Commission * Paid training and growth opportunities into Sales or Management roles * Flexible schedule options (including weekends) * Opportunity to represent a top-rated solar company with national retail partnerships Why Join Us This isn't door-to-door knocking all day -- you'll be inside major retail stores where homeowners are already thinking about home improvements.
