In-Home Sales Representative - General Contracting Location: Las Vegas, NV Industry: Residential Remodeling & Construction Compensation: Commission-Only (7% + bonuses) About the Role We are a growing general contracting company seeking an experienced in-home sales professional who knows how to walk into a homeowner's space, build trust, estimate a project, and close deals confidently and professionally. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for proven closers with real experience selling high-ticket home improvement projects inside customers ' homes. We provide the leads. You focus on closing. What You 'll Be Doing * Meet homeowners in person for scheduled appointments * Evaluate and estimate residential remodeling projects * Present solutions clearly and professionally * Close deals at the kitchen table or through structured follow-ups * Manage your own appointment-based schedule * Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM * Follow a proven sales process, scripts, and pricing structure You will not be cold knocking or generating your own leads. Leads & Opportunity * 7 -12 qualified leads per week, provided by the company * Residential remodeling projects (kitchens, bathrooms, additions, etc.) * High-trust, consultative sales environment Compensation * 7% commission on all jobs sold * Performance-based bonuses available * Commission increases over time based on results and consistency * Strong performers have clear earning growth potential This role is designed for sales professionals who want to be paid for performance.
