Title : Inside Sales Specialist Location : Remote | candidates must reside within AR, AZ, GA, IA, IL, KS, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TX, or WI Job Type : Contract (6 months) Compensation : $23.50 (8am-5pm) OR $24.50 (11:30am-8pm) per hour Industry: Health Insurance - About the Role We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join a leading health insurance organization focused on delivering high-quality coverage and exceptional member experiences. In this role, you will play a key part in growing Medicare membership by guiding prospects through the sales process and recommending the best plan options to meet their needs. This position requires a strong sales mindset, compliance awareness, and a commitment to exceeding performance goals. Job Description As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist prospects and members throughout the enrollment process, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will leverage your health insurance expertise to provide accurate information, build trust, and close sales effectively. Success in this role means meeting or surpassing sales targets while maintaining a positive and professional customer experience. Shift Options & Pay Rates: * Preferred Shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM CST (Monday-Friday) * Alternative Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST (Monday-Friday) Important: All candidates must hold an active Health Insurance License in good standing. Please have your National Producer Number (NPN) on the resume or provide this information. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * 1-3 years of experience in health plan sales, broker relationships, or inside sales * Active Health Insurance License (in good standing) * Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent customer service skills in a contact center environment (inbound and outbound calls) * Knowledge of compliance guidelines within the health insurance industry * Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work effectively in a team environment * Adaptable and detail-oriented in a fast-changing environment Preferred: * Experience with Medicare products * Strong documentation and writing skills * Results-oriented and solution-driven approach * Problem-solving and prospecting skills Benefits Dahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family's needs.
